If you have fair skin it will look so nice if you want to try wearing red dresses.
Makeup is an important part of any woman's appearance. While almost any makeup style will look appropriate with a black dress, a red dress may require special attention. Red is a bright, warm color and this is the primary consideration to keep in mind when selecting makeup to wear with it.
There are some rules that can help you more.

Lipstick
Whether to choose a red lipstick with a red dress is a controversial question. Some people look attractive with it, others may appear vulgar. The rule of thumb is that if your lips are naturally red, then you should enhance them with a red lipstick to highlight the natural hue. On the other hand, pale lips, such as those of many blondes, require only a sheer red gloss to look elegant and beautiful.

Cheeks
When putting makeup on your cheeks, do not try to match the shade of the blush with the redness of the dress. Let the blush be reddish, but lighter than the dress. Use a blush applicant or your fingers to put the blush on your cheeks.

Eyes
In terms of eye makeup, use neutral, brown and gunmetal (gray) shades. Stay clear of purple eye shadow as it clashes with red clothing. You can also line the top and bottom lids of your eyes with a charcoal or black pencil.
